How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $100 (before taxes). For orders under $100, a flat $20 shipping fee applies.

Need it sooner? You can upgrade to 2-day express shipping for an additional $20 per order.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on your location. Standard shipping typically takes up to 5 business days, and may arrive sooner depending on where you're located.

Need it faster? You can add 2-day express shipping to any order for $20.

What is your return policy?

Gryphon offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is received (as verified by shipping tracking). All items must be returned in new, clean, and sellable condition, with all tags still attached. A return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is your warranty policy?

Gryphon products are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturer defects: 5 years for jackets and pants, and 1 year for gloves and rain gear (from the original purchase date). Original receipt is required.

How does Gryphon sizing compare to other brands?

Gryphon gear is designed with a true North American fit, from X-Small to 7X-Large; carefully crafted for comfort, mobility, and riders of all sizes.

Where are Gryphon products made?

Gryphon gear is designed by riders, for riders, right here in Canada. We carefully develop our patterns and specifications to deliver the fit, function, and features riders want. Materials are sourced globally, and the garments are expertly sewn in Pakistan to our exact standards.

How do I take care of my textile items?

For best results, hand wash your Gryphon apparel with a mild liquid detergent and hang to dry.

Be sure to remove protective armour before washing, avoid bleach, solvents, fabric softeners, and do not iron. If your garment has multiple layers, wash them separately. Regularly spray with a protective treatment like 3M Scotchgard, and store items in a dry space when not in use.

How do I take care of my leather items?

Keep your leather jacket water-resistant with a suitable silicone or acrylic spray, and occasionally apply leather conditioner to prevent dryness or cracking. Never immerse leather in water, use harsh chemicals, or place it in a washing machine. Let wet leather air dry at room temperature, away from heat, and remove any salt deposits promptly.

Nova Shield is an advanced, breathable, and waterproof membrane made from specialized hydrophilic polyurethane. It provides excellent waterproof protection while allowing moisture to escape, keeping you dry and comfortable.
