Whether you need a size exchange, want to make a return, are requesting a price adjustment, or have a warranty concern, you'll find everything you need here to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Size Exchanges
Finding the right fit is important, and we're happy to help if your first choice isn't quite right. We offer a one-time complimentary size exchange on regular-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To exchange for a different size, simply place a new order for the size you need and include a note indicating that it is a size exchange. When we ship your replacement item, we'll include a prepaid return shipping label in the box so you can send back the original item.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in sellable condition: unworn, with tags attached, clean, and free of odors. Once approved, a refund will be issued for the returned item.
If you require a second size exchange, if your original purchase was a sale item, or if you are returning the item for any reason other than a size exchange, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns
If you're unhappy with your gear or it just does not work for what you need, you can return your new and unused item, within 30 days of receiving your order, and get a full refund, less the cost of shipping.
To initiate a return, please submit your request through our online return system. You will need to log in to your account to access your order history. From there, select Return Request on the applicable order/item to begin the process. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it is in sellable condition: unworn, with tags attached, clean, and free of odors. Refunds will only be issued after inspection and will be processed to the original method of payment.
Items that are not in sellable condition may be refused or subject to a cleaning fee.
*Shipping fees are not refundable.
Price Adjustments
If the price of an item purchased through the Gryphon website is reduced within 14 days of your purchase date, we'll gladly refund the difference.
To request a price adjustment, please contact us within 14 days of your original purchase and include your order number. Price adjustments apply only to purchases made directly through the Gryphon website and are based on the current price displayed on our website.
Price adjustments are not available on clearance or final sale items, limited-time promotional offers, coupon or discount code purchases, or price differences resulting from special events or third-party retailers.
Warranty
If you believe your gear has a defect, our team is here to ensure a smooth resolution.
Gryphon offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects:

Jackets and pants: 5 years from the original date of purchase

Gloves and rain gear: 1 year from the original date of purchase
Original receipt and photographs must be provided. This warranty is not transferable.
What’s not covered:
Rips, tears, cuts, burns, abrasions, accidents, crashes, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, faded material, modifications, alterations, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
How it works:
If your item has a manufacturing or material defect, we’ll first attempt to repair it free of charge. While we’ll do our best to match colors and styles, we cannot guarantee the exact original product will be returned. If repair isn’t possible or costs more than a replacement, we may replace the item at our discretion.
Shipping for warranty claims:
Gryphon is not responsible for items shipped to our office. Please use a carrier with tracking and insurance, and ensure the garment is clean before sending. Once your warranty claim is processed, we’ll notify you before shipping your repaired or replaced item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
